چکیده
Because of significant yield losses caused by fungal pathogens, new efficient and environmentally safe methods pest control are needed, amphiphilic compounds (biosurfactants) produced many microbes considered a good alternative. In the present study, biosurfactants rhizosphere isolate Bacillus mojavensis P1709 were assessed for their ability to protect postharvest cherry tomatoes from decay mycotoxin contamination Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici. It was demonstrated that genome B. contained fenD srfAA genes, which responsible synthesis fengycin surfactin families. APF (acid-precipitated fraction) culture medium at concentration 20 g L−1 inhibited pathogen radial growth on agar plates 93%, T-2 HT-2 production 98%, after 5 days cultivation. also suppressed in vivo test tomato fruits 93% 25% 2nd 7th incubation, respectively. The results obtained demonstrate an tool protecting mold contamination.

Bacillus subtilis strain BIA was used for the production of bioactive lipopeptides. Different extraction and purification methods were assayed as liquid-liquid extraction, and acid and ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by TLC, SPE, and gel filtration. Active fractions were further purified using RP-HPLC. The molecular mass of the purified product from HPLC was determined through Tris-Tric...

Bacillus mojavensis PTCC 1696 (a member of Bacillus subtilis group) has been isolated from the Iranian oil field (Masjed-I Soleyman), to examine its ability to produce biosurfactant (lipopeptide type) [28]. The present study was designed to characterize the antibacterial activity of th...
متن کاملInterdiction problem as a tool to identify an effective budget allocation to quality improvement plans
In the face of budgetary limitations in organizations, identifying critical facilities for investing in quality improvement plans could be a sensible approach. In this paper, hierarchical facilities with specified covering radius are considered. If disruption happens to a facility, its covering radius will be decreased. For this problem, a bi-objective mathematical formulation is proposed. Crit...
